These Terms & Conditions govern use of the RV Finserve website and the financial-service assistance, enquiry, consultancy and related facilities made available through it. By using the website or submitting information, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Role
RV Finserve Pvt Ltd provides assistance and coordination for loan, insurance, taxation, accounts, compliance and related financial-service requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, RV Finserve is not the lender, insurer, credit bureau or government authority making the final decision.
2. Eligibility and Information
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. Eligibility, pricing, interest rate, premium, sanction, disbursal, policy issuance and other final terms are determined by the relevant provider after its own verification and underwriting.
3. Check CIBIL / Credit Information
Where you request a credit report or score, you authorize the information supplied by you to be used for the requested credit-information service and associated verification/payment workflow. The report or score is generated from the applicable external credit-information/API service and is subject to its data availability and rules.
4. Fees and Payments
Any applicable fee will be displayed before payment or otherwise communicated for the relevant service. Payment does not guarantee loan approval, insurance issuance or any particular credit score/result.
5. Documents and Third-Party Providers
Documents and information may be shared with banks, NBFCs, insurers, verification providers, payment gateways or other relevant service partners when necessary to process the service requested by you and subject to applicable consent and law.
6. Website Use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, submit unlawful content or use another person’s identity without authority.
7. Calculators and Estimates
EMI, eligibility and other calculator results are illustrative estimates only. Actual figures may differ because of lender policy, credit profile, fees, taxes, insurance, rate changes and other factors.
8. Intellectual Property
Website text, branding, layout and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where law permits.
9. Availability and Limitation
We aim to keep the website and services available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, RV Finserve is not responsible for indirect losses arising from third-party decisions, external API/service outages or information supplied by third parties.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated when services, laws or website features change. The version published on this page applies from its publication date.
